redesigned post office
Spring 2020
A redesigned post office articulated with isometric drawing conventions. We took the sterile, governmental environment of the current U.S. Post Office, and made it a more community-centric place-- taking into account the way rooms are laid out, new furniture is implemented, the flow of people, and what makes existing post offices functional.
Team: Francis Park, Teresa Lourie, Ian Lippincott, and Zimmy Kang. Individual rooms (12 x 12 sq. ft.) were drawn with pen and paper and compiled/edited digitally.

MY ROOM:
I redesigned the entrance of the post office. I thought this was a great opportunity to redesign elements of the post office that can be accomplished individually, but also seamlessly direct people into the main area of the post office.
