Vinegar Carrier
Fall 2019
A purely cardboard and adhesive-free carrier design for a bottle of vinegar. It can be assembled and disassembled in a minute, with only three distinct parts. Streamlined yet supportive, the user feels confident in the carrier's functionality and is still able to show off the elegant design of the bottle.
PROCESS
I created five iterations leading up to the final vinegar carrier. At every stage, I utilized user feedback, sketching, and rapid prototyping skills to identify areas needing improvement and execute those solutions.
In the end, I was able to omit all adhesives from the design, ensure the medium is appropriate for my design, make it easily-assembled, employ visual cues to ensure a complete understanding of how-to use the carrier, and incorporate details to maximize accessibility of the design to a wide demographic.
